NEqC Facilities

The Centre is situated on the historic Kerrabee property encompassing 1500 acres of rolling countryside 10 minutes drive from Parliament House. Established in 1993 the facilities at the Centre are designed to provide full support for involvement in equestrian programs.

The Centre provides:

  • Agistment for horses in paddocks, shelter yards and stables
  • Livery services for horse care - partial or full board; short term or ongoing
  • Riding on the property
  • Access to adjacent forest areas and the National Bicentennial Horse Trail
  • International standard indoor arena [lit and fully enclosed]
  • Two outdoor working arenas (lit)
  • Introductory cross-country courses (2)
  • Regular lessons on your horse or ours
  • Feed room and supplies
  • Regular attendance by essential support - farrier, veterinarian, etc
  • Regular competitions on site
  • Saddlery on site
  • Kiosk offering snacks and light meals
  • Conference room (airconditioned)
  • Airconditioned bus available
