Symbolic of the survival of the horses. This little pony survived the firestorm.

In front of the office. Note the western side of the tree in the background.

Burnt foliage in front of the office - the fires came very close.

Torian ran from the burning homestead to the office burning his feet on the journey.

This shrub illustrates the intensity of the heat during the firestor. Although it sits on the eastern side of the office verandah, the inward facing western side of the plant was singed by the heat.

Rivers Fire station at the top of Kerrabee survived. Note the burnt out cars.
